Responsibilities:• Contact person for all account payable queries both local & international company.• Creation of new vendors in vendor master• Responsible for managing End to end account payable process. • Communication with requestor for resolution of not processed and on hold invoice.• Handling General ledger reconciliations, E2E, AP ( Invoice Processing, Vendor Master Management & helpdesk)• Handled reconciliations and payments made to vendors.• Handling TDS part as well as per Indian standard.• Ensure all entries are posted to GL in the month end.• Responsible to do 100% Quality check for all invoice processing.• Responsible for AP Recons, Bank Recon etc.• Perform the tasks of preparing check runs and update the same to the supervisor for review of the same.• Handling petty cash, Coordination in internal Audit and Other work given By Management.• Handling day-to-day financial transaction related to Bank, coordinate with bankers for all document submission & report.• Knowledge of Bank reconciliation & wire and electronic payments etc.
