Key roles include: • League Director for Upward Soccer – implemented a new league and grew program from 150 in first year to 750 athletes within 3 years. • League Director for Upward Flag Football – implemented new sport and grew participation from 100 to 450 athletes within 3 years. • Race Director for AshCreek 5K and other events – managed races with 500+ participants. • Director for Militia Lacrosse Club – managed 4 travel lacrosse teams. • Fundraising director for Hanover High School Men’s Lacrosse – raised $10,000+ annually for 6 years • Director of fundraising events for Hanover County Young Life

• Created a new department and led a team of Corporate Account Managers and Account Executives to manage client accounts in the Financial Services, Travel Insurance and International Assistance lines of business. My role included new client and program implementation, key account management, strategic client relationship development, team development and leadership, P & L responsibility, and required an in depth knowledge of all operational divisions. • Prior to managing the department, I was responsible for new client program implementation for Visa USA’s card enhancement services and other large programs. • My tenure also included managing special projects in Sales & Marketing and roles in IT and Customer Service.
