Drafting legal documents (MOUs, NDAs, resolutions, amended and restated MOAs etc). Providing support to Senior Legal Counsel in relation to Real Estate Matters. Consulting/working directly with the CEO, CFO, CIO and senior commercial management team of Istithmar World. Regularly consulting directly with law firms in various jurisdictions. Cosec function for over 250 companies within the Istithmar World Real Estate Group Structure. Acting as Blueprint manager for the Istithmar World Real Estate Group and latterly Blueprint administrator for the whole of Dubai World/Istithmar World Group (over 350 companies).  Operating and maintaining Blueprint (company data system) for over 250 companies.  Managing all filings and regulatory matters with local and foreign authorities including Trakhees, Department of Economic Development, JAFZA and the Notary Public. Preparing relevant documentation, coordinating execution and filing or obtaining documents relating to:- 1. Company and branch incorporations, transfers and dissolutions; 2. Appointments and removals of directors, managers, officers etc.; 3. Amending constitutional documents, licences; 4. Renewing Licenses and DCCI certificates; 5. Obtaining Certificates of Good Standing, Certificates of Incumbency. Maintaining a record of powers of attorney, delegations of authority, delegations of signing authority, non-disclosure agreements, engagement agreements and memorandums of understanding.   Filing via Blueprint the Annual Returns/Confirmation Statements for UK companies within the Istithmar World Real Estate Group companies. Uploading and maintaining due diligence information in a virtual data room in relation to various transfers/sales of Istithmar World assets. Assisting Legal Counsel with preparation of documents in relation to closings for sales/transfer of various assets with the Istithmar World Group, arranging signatures and maintaining a record of signed documents on the legal share drive.

Dealing with own case load/private and legal aid clients in relation to the following matters:-* Negotiating the terms of Separation Agreements.* Extensive experience in Sheriff Court Divorce actions and Interdict orders.* Extensive experience in Sheriff Court proceedings relating to residency and contactorders.* Experienced in Sheriff Court proceedings relating to Guardianship orders under theAdults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000.
