As the Practice Manager for Smith's Lawyers, Sandra manages all facets of the Business including General Operations Management, Marketing, and Staff Management for the firm which comprises 20 staff across two office locations.

As the State Administration Manager for Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Sandra was responsible for the Management of Facilities and Administration within the Melbourne office, comprising 300 Partners and staff, located across 5 floors and 7000m2 in the Melbourne CBD.This position included management of a team of 12 staff across four service areas - Service Centre, Copy Centre, Reception / Switchboard, and Catering.In addition, Sandra acted as the firm's National Administration Manager when required, and reported to the Board as Project Leader on numerous National Projects.Sandra also managed the firm's National Quality Management System and facilitated the firm's accreditation to ISO9001 (Law 900 Standard).
