•Administer to FIS (Metavante) Deposit and deposit-related systems.•Confer with all departments to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems and recommend solutions.•Evaluate and administer all system enhancements, updates and customizations. Document production changes and provide applicable training.•Ensure accurate testing methodology is in place to thoroughly test all changes to systems administered, including regression testing. Create test scripts where necessary•Support Product Development in terms of creating new deposit products in the system, implement fee changes and new strategies, and administer market area pricing.•Participate fully in various PMO projects including regulatory compliance, bank mergers, new system implementations and conversions, and other strategic initiatives.•Assist in vendor management and annual review of a $5 million contract.

I began my banking career as a New Accounts Representative. After cross-training as a teller, I became Head Teller and then Assistant Branch Manager. As I moved into Branch Operations and then System Administration, I always held my branch banking experience close as I strived to create processes that are friendly for the end user.
