My role is specialized in hiring and training CMV drivers for our clients..Assist and over see the hiring process of about 100 drivers a month I do training in many different areas including but not limited to:Entry Level Training, H2S Awareness, Safeland, CPR/First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens and, Hazmat Security Awareness.I also help companies with Safety Procedures specialized to there business and hold there monthly Safety Meeting. I am passionate about companies doing the right thing for the employees and staying in regulation with OSHA and the FMCSA.
