  I am responsible for the human resources functions to include drafting policies that are compliant with state and federal guidelines; conducting human relations investigations to include sexual harassment, hostile working environment, discrimination; recruitment functions to staff a diverse group of specialized professionals necessary for a regulatory agency; managing a training program to ensure staff members are trained to be successful in their positions and develop them so they are qualified to promote to higher levels. Managing payroll and benefits are also part of my current duties. I currently volunteer with Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve as an Ombudsman. Additionally, I volunteer with the Capital City Court Appointed Special Advocates for children.
