Supervise counseling staff, fundraising, vision and planning for the ministry, record keeping, provide counseling services to ministry clients, maintain financial records, work in cooperation with agency board of directors, provide topical trainings and seminars for area churches and organizations, public speaking.

Screened applications submitted for acceptance into treatment program, conducted preplacement interviews, wrote major progress reports for all female residents to be submitted to the placing agencies, attended DCFS ACR progress meetings at placing agencies, provide family counseling services, work in conjunction with unit staff supervisors and treatment program directors.

Provide weekly individual and group mental health counseling services for females in 1 residential unit consisting of 10-13 adolescent females placed by either DCFS or juvenile court system, develop treatment plans, conduct family therapy sessions, maintain communication with direct care unit staff, meet with agency consulting psychologist and psychiatrist, maintain communication with placing agencies and families.
