This role encompasses:Designing and implementing build services procedures and continuous improvement of build processes and policiesCoordination of all centralised build servicesCoordinate financials relating to the build servicesManagement of resources to deliver build servicesLiaison with build partners/vendors to ensure steady flow of resources and understanding of pipeline of workScheduling of work with projects/enhancements/other BDMs, working with project managers, test managers to ensure deliveryFeeding into both test capability and deployment activities and liaising with ELS itemsScrum mastery is also becoming more of a responsibility

Permanent employee involved in project and BAU work. I have implemented changes in the GTS environment to enable productivity gains, to meet regulatory and compliance requirements, and undertake design governance to ensure the SAP asset for Fonterra is not at risk. Responsibilities have involved gathering and articulating business requirements, managing the enhancement process through its lifecycle, putting together testing strategies, and confirmation that changes implemented meet business expectations. In addition I have been responsible for design sign-off and fire-fighter id audits.
