o Responsible for a $2M bank initiative to redesign user interface screens used by clients in the United Kingdom.o Managed the project using a combination of waterfall and agile methodologies.o User Interface development conducted by third party vendor (SaaS) using an agile methodologyo Coordinated sprint development cycles and code drops with SVB’s internal testing teams in the US and India to maximize resourcing for test cycles.o Managed the internal development of APIs and Client Reporting changes utilizing a waterfall methodology.o Managed all aspects of the project including executive reporting, budget management and SDLC compliance.o Project was deployed in production in three phases to minimize impact to clients. o The project was deemed a success by the UK internal team and by the SVB clients.

Managed Build out of infrastructure for Visa's internal Cloud platform. Implemented HP OpenStack 3.0 running on KVM, CSA/OO Orchestration package with Stackato 3.6.2. Completed the build out of 3 environments, Dev, QA and Non-production tenant with the production platform builds in progress. Platform integration with home grown UI so that application development teams can provision and de-provision current offerings as needed. Very challenging project given the complexity and complete change in hypervisor strategy. New technology and change can be daunting at times but this team really pulled through!Recently completed assignment: Management of the migration of all PlaySpan applications from 3rd party hosting locations to within Visa's datacenter. The project scope included a new infrastructure build and migration of applications to the new environment from 2 different hosting sites. The new environment has been built with it's own enhanced security system and a standalone backup solution isolated from other Visa applications/networks. Application miigrations require a rebuild of web, application and database servers in a virtual/converged environment. Databases will be converted from MySQL on physical Solaris blades to MySQL on RHEL VMs.
