I started with DFK Gray Perry in August 2015 As Senior Bookkeeper after previously owning my own bookkeeping business for a period of over 10 years. My role within the firm is to assist and set up new clients and existing clients with bookkeeping to streamline the process to the final tax work. Managing client’s weekly accounts, payroll and preparing EOM/ Quarterly reports. We are able to service all stages of running a business from basic data entry , payroll, monthly reports, Bas preparation and lodgments to EOY financials.I enjoy supporting businesses with the more in-depth side of their business, preparing reports and assisting the senior accountants in preparing figures to give a monthly or quarterly update on the business.

  Having 25 years’ experience as a business owner, I developed the experience and knowledge necessary to run a variety of businesses.Being involved with businesses on a bookkeeping level in a wide variety of industries including veterinarian clinics, medical practices, large hotels, restaurants, cafes, trades and child care centres has given me the experience needed for this type of role. My previous experience also includes a role as account manager for a finance company preparing and assessing loans. This valuable experience has given myself a good understanding of the needs of financial institutions and the way they operate. Working in accounting firms, lodging and assisting with tax returns, which has given me a great insight into all aspects of the accounting industry.I can assist you in supplying, training, installation and Setup of Accounting Programmes and Point of Sale Systems to assist in the smooth running of your business.
