• Allocation and management of reactive work requests, ensuring completion within agreed time frames.• Communicate with subcontractors and clientele ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.• Provide assistance to Estate Upkeep Manager in completion of requested tasks,• Ensure full compliance with Brookfield GIS business systems, including the Quality Management System (QMS), Occupational Health & Safety System(OH&S) and Environmental Management System (EMS);• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, codes and standards;• All subcontractor invoices are received and proceesed within agreed time frames.

• Coordinate services for Holsworthy Barracks including; cleaning, catering, waste management, pest control services and security• Providing administrative support to the Base Services Area Manager• Coordinate the service delivery outcomes of MSP contractors• Issue, file and archive correspondence including any statutory documents, records and reports• Carry out subcontractor administration (eg WHS&E inductions and collation of information)• Coordinate the catering provisions for the RFS when undertaking Hazard Reduction burns on Defence sites• Coordinate catering up to 100 volunteers (received complimentary emails from the RFS)• Unit Security officer duties, organizing clearance & passes.

• Answer client calls and interpret and action the request in a timely manner, rectification of building faults and assisting with enquiries.Provide prompt, accurate and timely customer reporting on service levels, KPI’s , overdue work orders onsite and rectification.• Liaising with internal stakeholder including Contract Managers, Facilities Supervisors, Maintenance Staff, Business Support Teams- Finance Team, WHS,QA, Commercial, Other BGIS site teams• Liasing with Client Representatives, Tenants, Members of the Public, Sub Contractors and Suppliers, JV partners, Client consultants.
