- Build, develop strong and maintain long-term relationships with Vietnamese clients.- Feedback immediately on the requirements, comments of sellers to headquarters in France.- Promote the brand image of Teezily among the Vietnamese communities. Develop new clients base as well as acquire existing clients to the platform.- Ensure timely day-to-day support to our clients. Act as the point of contact for clients’ matters. Introduce and promote Teezily features as solutions to their needs.- Responsible for understanding and mastering all relevant products, features, and techniques of the platform to be able to support greatly for our clients.- Work with Sales and Communication team in Headquarters to create social media content, develop strategies to drive sales growth, and other related tasks.- Support organizing events, conferences in Vietnam.

- Generates and processes new sales leads and follow up. - Arranges appointments with clients and the sales team. - Acknowledges customers by responding to emails. - Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team. - Arranges travel and accommodations for any salesperson that is meeting clients outside of the office. - Provide daily comprehensive support for sales staff, including making travel arrangements, filing the necessary paperwork, and managing calendar appointments. - Prepare detailed monthly sales reports, sales expenses. - Attend daily and weekly meetings as required with the sales team, managers.
