Walled Lake Community Education offers numerous recreation and enrichment programs for youth and adults. We provide youth programs such as our After School Adventures which run throughout the school year; varied sports activities and leagues, along with enrichment programs for budding artists, future engineers and CPR training.For adults, we provide quality programming for learning computer skills, horseback riding, zumba, yoga, managing your financial portfolios, puppy and dog training, learning a foreign language, culinary arts and self-defense. Adult volleyball and basketball leagues are also part of our offerings. As the Recreation/Enrichment Programmer for Walled Lake Community Education, it is my responsibility to maintain a working relationship with our vendors and instructors, and to seek out new instructors for additional programs that are innovative and exciting. I maintain our website, while producing our 40 page course brochure and interactive, online brochure three times per year. In this position, Customer Service is our priority and we aim to provide the best quality programs for our community.

The Foundation for Excellence - Walled Lake Schools - strives to promote Technology, Literacy, Leadership and Community within our school district. The Foundation raises funds to award mini-grants to our teaching staff for classroom items such as SmartBoards, document cameras and projection systems; literacy programs in reading, writing, math and science; Leadership programs such as leadership camps for high school students and competitions; and Community projects as in our K-12 District Art Show and Parenting Fair. Funds are raised through donations, annual giving and special events.

TYTIN is an ad speciality company that provides screenprinted and embroidered wearables. Our main focus is working with school groups (athletics, music/arts and staff, etc.) in supplying "spiritwear" items such as apparel, trinkets, trophies and banners. We also work with many corporate clients.

My position within the corporate structure of TLC Vision was multi-faceted. I was on board from the inception of the company as they were expanding into the United States for laser vision correction. My duties included all professional and personal facilitation of business for the Medical Director and Chief Surgeon. I organized multiple seminars throughout the US with top physicians of ophthalmology and optometry.
