• Responsible for the management and operations of a portfolio of properties totaling over 250 units and ensuring that property ownerships financial goals are met• Analyze monthly financial reports such as general ledgers, receivables ledgers, income statements, and trial Balance Sheets to monitor and ensure accuracy of monthly financial statements• Oversee the development and management of the annual operating and capital improvement budgets• Work hand in hand with Building Architect, Engineer, and Project manager to review and oversee capital improvement scope and implementations• Negotiate and review service contracts to maintain portfolio operations and building systems• Ensure compliance of local, state, and federal laws in regards to the management and functionality of building systems and facilities• Manage tenant files, up to and including, reviewing and implementing leases and important communications• Manage, create, and maintain vendor files• Provide solutions to resident conflicts and concerns• Uphold the policies and regulations of management company
