Group Logical is the umbrella company for 3 separate limited companies owned by three directors. I managed all three companies and was a PA to the directors Logical Investment Options dealt with property investment in particular French Leaseback.Logical Property International dealt with investments in the UK and abroadResidential Letting Services dealt with residential property management in the UKI dealt with all aspects of the business from assisting clients in purchasing their property in France to completing property checks after proeprty let periods came to an end.

This job was very varied and involved providing support for the management teams of 5 bowling centers around the East of England. I did everything from organizing stationary for all five centers to provided Company Secretarial administration for the director. I processed the payroll using SAGE for all casual and full time employees also ensuring that all employee contracts and supporting documentation were raised in accordance with company and statutory procedures. I also assisted in the creation and production of all company operational and HR procedures (with the operations and HR managers). I created an integrated rota, wages, organogram and HR report and then, trained staff, trialled and implemented the system which was used to inform staff of their expected hours, inform payroll of hours actually worked and give the HR team full details of any and all HR issues which may have arisen in the previous month. I also organised, attended and facilitated Management Assessment Events (management recruitment). To build team culture I designed and created the company internal quarterly newsletter using information supplied from various team members.
