Structure, support, simplify and standardize. Produce KPIs for measurement and progress, with a constant view for continuous improvement.Responsible for the U.S. weekly, bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls (up to 2,800 employees) and the semi-monthly Canadian payroll. Assist in multiple implementation of new benefits and creating the reporting for the 3rd party vendors. Create reports needed for staff/vendors. Perform monthly reconciliations for Finance. Perform year end payroll reporting for various groups: Legal; Benefits; Compensation; HR; Audit and Tax. Implemented various projects: - new time collection program for our non-exempt employees (including preparing training tools, communication and training sessions for our employees/managers);- pay frequency change; supported the implementation of a new HCM;- time off collection program for all employees to use for benefit reportingMaintained stock plans database, processed ESPP plans, Option & RSU plans. Created on-line packets for RSU processing. Engaged with the international branches to implement ESPP plans. Provide year-end reporting for management, W-2 reporting and employee informational reporting.
