Retail clients currently active or have included Oakley on a national basis in a geographic territory of 17 states; Vonage on the original national rollout; Asics in a specific geographic area; plus Trader Joe's and Cycle Bar in Kentucky. Developer assignments have included working on ground up developments in Gainesville, Florida; Naples; Houston, and Cincinnati while working with Madison Marquette, BlackRock, Harrah's Entertainment, The Hocker Group, David Hocker & Associates, the City of Ft. Myers, and several other national and regional organizations. My experience with well known companies on both sides of our industry has provided the ability to service clients in strategic planning, site selection, managing a complete retail real estate portfolio, pre-development leasing and financial/pro forma creation and analysis, anchor/big box and small-store deal-making; and management of leasing teams for multiple projects in a developer portfolio. We have created marketing materials for projects, participated in Executive Committee programs involving operations, marketing, merchandising, legal, construction, and finance for multiple client assignments. Managed all real estate transactions and lease action items in a southeast geographic territory including 15 states.

Managed leasing teams for ground up developments in Cincinnati, Houston and other proposed lifestyle centers in the eastern corridor of the United States.

Managed all real estate aspects of the former Melville Realty retail chains and other clients such as The Body Shop and Johnny Rockets in the Mid-Atlantic, Southwest and Southeast.

Managed the site selection process for the Aeropostale and Charter Club chains nationwide until the acquisition of Macy’s by Federated Department Stores altered the expansion of the specialty stores division.

Handled all real estate aspects for the $11 billion retail conglomerate including over 12 retail chains primarily in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Southwest geographic areas.

Began career leasing numerous ground-up and existing shopping centers, as well as management of the leasing staff involved in both new development and existing center leasing.
