Technical Analyst
Current• I hold a Public Trust Clearance• Plan, organize, and manage multiple discovery-related projects in an efficient and cost-effective manner• Identity and use appropriate technology options for identification, collection, and management of information and data• Collect, process, and troubleshoot issues pertaining to electronic data from various enterprise sources• providing general technology support to project managers and paralegals to create, maintain, and troubleshoot document databases to SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) sites using various transfer tools, zipping and encrypting data files and burning to various media formats using: Excel, Text Pad, and eDiscovery tools: Case Map, Time Map, LAW 5.0, Relativity, Case Notebook, Agility Blue and Concordance.• Prepare documents for production to industry standards, including exporting from discovery solution and load file creation• Maintain accurate and current documentation of all aspects of discovery projects relating to collection tracking, technical specifications, systems data maps, and chain of custody• Maintain internal tracking databases of work tasks, project logs, reports, and invoices• Transfer, load and extract data onto network file servers according to department practices • Perform QC on electronic document loads and productions • Help troubleshoot litigation support applications • Respond to, document and resolve service tickets in a timely manner• Participate in team meetings• Provide back-up support to other projects/team members as needed• Performs special projects and other work-related duties as assigned • Provide insight and suggestions to improve discovery processes
