ENB is developing small molecule inhibitors of a novel pathway to treat selective solid tumors. As a member of the ENB executive leadership team, I provide operational oversight to our clinical, regulatory, manufacturing and pharmaceutical collaboration programs. Specific high-level accomplishments in that role include an IND approval, three annual IND updates, start up and completion of our Phase 1 Clinical Trial, FDA End of Phase 1 Review, two Orphan Drug Designations, two manufacturing lots and multiple expiry extensions to name a few.

Provided input on basic research (in vivo), early clinical research and market-potential for drug development of potential licensee candidates. Networked with several academic and very small start-up companies on business development opportunities. Most recent focus on potential oncology and infectious disease candidates.
