Primarily responsible for developing the strategy and overall roadmap for all integration offerings. Support the application lifecycle for business and clinical applications in 500 business units across 32 states. Key activities include:Documentation of business unit needs into process flows and business requirements. Performing gap analyses to determine application changes needed to support requirements. Translating gaps into functional requirements to communicate with application vendors and internal developers.Responsible for creating project management documents and ensuring projects are completed within predefined timelines.

Served as the lead technology specialist responsible for automating state-of-the-art talent acquisition processes within configurable Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platform that allowed for process control and performance measurement. Highlights include:Configured ATS platforms to perfectly accommodate a unique, complex and comprehensive recruiting process. This included creating and modifying various platform elements such as fields, forms, databases and process flows. The end result entrenched the standard work so that protocol was strictly followed and all non-value work was eliminated or automated. The process incorporated automatic e-mail, calendaring and reporting. Leveraged the O*Net competency framework to build screening and tracking tools by job with simultaneous conversion to non-job-specific candidate database allowing all candidates to be described in terms from a common taxonomy for optimizing searching.Creating structured, behavior-based interviews and work sample tool kits along with the associated scoring rubrics based on O*Net Competencies so that recruiters could build appropriate screening tools for specific jobs.

Managed and directed the functions of an eight- member mortgage systems group. Highlights include:Deployed and executed all mortgage systems and software including: Empower, SQL Server, Windows, Citrix, Crystal Reports, Visual Basic, Delphi, and other related software.Responsible for the oversight of all mortgage system related projects from design to implementation.Implemented a call center phone system that supported 250 users in 5 states to provide real-time metrics, enabling problems and opportunities to be quickly addressed and maintain service levels

Responsible for maintaining and customizing Health Information System to meet all business needs. Highlights include:Assisted in creating system processes and procedures to accurately capture patient data and its appropriate flow to clinical systems, medical records, insurance billing, and self-pay collections.Ensured the proper collection of all patient data at registration, as well as the proper use of this data in subsequent processes. This included interfaces to the hospital clinical data system and external physician billing systems.

As a member of a two-person consulting team, worked closely with clients' executive management to customize the Health Information System user interface and reports to improve business operations at five hospitals.Assisted in creating system processes and procedures to accurately capture patient data and its appropriate flow to clinical systems, medical records, insurance billing, and self-pay collections.Responsible for major system upgrades at four client sites. This included integrating new functionality into existing processes, migrating data, and training users. Created and oversaw the execution of testing scenarios that pushed patient data through all aspects of the system (from registration to coding in medical records) for acceptance testing.
