 Business partner to the Executive Chairman and Group CEO to formulate strategic plans and participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives and operational execution Serve as a key member of the executive management team, coordinate with all senior management leaders for the development and monitoring of sales budgets Lead, direct and control the organization’s financial resources to maintain the short and long-term financial health of the region Establish and maintain positive investors relationships with investment bankers and potential investors Develop financial business plans, forecasts and teaser memorandum  Direct all region financial functions to ensure they meet the organization’s business objectives Lead, direct and develop an accounting team to ensure the financial strategy is implemented effectively and consistently according to established guidelines

Financial Controller and Company Secretary Reporting to the Managing Director. Acting as a business partner, providing support to the executive management level to bring the business to the next level. Define, decide and implement management information and reporting tools.  Evaluate all performance indicators, monitor deviation and recommend corrective actions to corporate management Propose, define and implement all related policies and procedures. Supervise the execution and monitor the compliance to the policies and procedures in the business units. Lead actively in the annual budget process to support with sales and marketing strategy, implement control in targets and all commercial and financial aspects Regularly review and check all control procedures, propose necessary change for improvement.  Secure the AC margin of the sales to the required level. Closely review and monitor all low margin orders. Review cost factors used in the calculation; ensure the cost factors used are correct and appropriate. Project the net cash flow; ensure cash management and liquidity control. Support with procurement department to ensure the stock level is optimum adequate but not excessive. In charge review, evaluate and negotiate new ERP system. Serve as company secretary, review corporate matters to ensure compliance to company law.
