I am a lead sales agent. I am responsible for meeting sales goals as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests. I use the skills that I have gained through working in the customer service industry to assist customers with any questions or concerns that they may have in regards to the rental process. I engage customers and solve any customer service concerns that they have during their rental experience. Part of providing excellent customer service is having the ability to listen, empathize, and make a difference. I was an operations manager for Avis Budget Group in the Denver International Airport in Denver, Colorado. I was responsible for all aspects of the rental operation including: ensuring we have enough equipment to meet rental needs and that the equipment was clean and safe according to our company standards, laying out a daily shift game plan to ensure we had enough staff in the necessary departments to ensure guests were greeted in a timely manner, solved problems quickly and efficiently, handled all customer service concerns to ensure that the guest walked away happy with their experience with Avis Budget Group, collaborated with my fellow managers and upper level management to ensure location sales goals were being met, and coached/provided feedback to our employees in regards to their sales process and customer service.
