Organized and implemented an Advanced Placement job search program to assist individuals in 10 locations throughout the North/Northwest. Provided strong training, leadership, and coaching skills to assist hard to place individuals and refugees in becoming self reliant and finding employment. Developed and maintained strong ties with business and community resources which led to 90% placement rate.

Effectively coach associates in job searching, interviewing, and resume writing skills and prepare associates to become job ready by assisting them in developing appropriate work behaviors. Successfully develop business relationships which allow on the job training for associates. Supervise and train staff, volunteers, and church service missionaries in the Service Project area of the Humanitarian Center. Oversee purchasing of supplies, production, and inventory of Hygiene/School kits, Medical modules and Neonatal Resuscitation equipment.
