Regulate the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents using the PLM system • Review and implement Enterprise Change Orders • Peer Review of the Changes Implemented on BOMs through Enterprise Change Orders at the Effective status, after the reviewed confirmation of the change complete the ECO. • Identify Process gaps and provide suggestions for continuously improving the change and configuration management process and advocating best practices • Provide configuration management planning. Describe provisions for configuration identification, change control, configuration status accounting, and configuration audits. Regulate the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software. • Write ECOs for the Powered customer BOM Structures under the instructions from the Integration Engineering Team • Create the New Powered Customer numbers in Arena for the BOM structure • Follow up on the ECOs through the approval process, Close ECO and related ECR’s • Refresh released Procedure Documentation to reflect current process and system updates • Work with the Senior Change manager in the Battery and Powered CRB and CCB take notes record action items.

• Identify and clarify discrepancies/anomalies with customer purchasing and internal departments • Review bills of material and calculations (costing analysis) regarding plausibility and completeness • Cost Calculations Support Function • Responsible for specific Customer reporting documents • Responsible for managing AKA Sales file • Determine target assignments in cooperation with sales/purchasing • Assist to create bid and change calculations (part price and investment); in consultation with sales • Receive and check business/technical documentation for customer inquiries - projects

• Assist project manager in new program business development processes. • Responsible for maintaining all project documentation (project schedule, management reports) • Obtain written release approval from all departments participating with and affected by any proposed change prior to the release of any change. • Arrange and participate in the ECN/ECR meetings. • Maintain a master file of controlled documents to the most recent F/P releases and revision levels • Follow up on tasks with due dates and notify interdepartmental personnel when necessary to complete the ECN/ECR • Coordinate Deviation documentation process and distribute to the team • RFQ systems to initiate process of Shopping Carts in SAP • Use SAP ESS system for purchasing material

• Review E7X and E72 Build list with BMW contact. Confirm all new parts for axles. • Create a BOM to match BMW TOD for each scheduled build. • Review BOM and TOD with Material Coordinator on all Special Builds. • Receive special parts from BMW for all KEX builds. • Sequence the Special Parts when builds begin on the line. • Pre-build axles to test assembly lines with new material from BMW. • Note all information that affects the production line and include any downtime that may have been created by these Special Builds. • Material Updates in SAP. • Create EBP requisitions for Sales, so Purchasing can create a Purchase order. • Assist engineers with other special builds when needed • BOM compare TOD in Adicom JIT System
