- Strategic Communications: Develop communications toolkits and platform to facilitate effective internal & external communications - Editorial and Content Development: Develop bilingual corporate contents including corporate collateral, speech, social media posts, advertorials etc; Support production of corporate publications- Media Relations: Develop press materials including press release, factsheet, LTTs, media briefing kits etc. Take charge of press events, media pitching and interviews. Handle media enquiries- Public Affairs: Develop messaging and QA decks for issue, complaint and crisis management- CSR: Explore and cooperate with NGOs for charity activities and sponsorship; Support staff engagement on CSR events- Business Support: Develop corporate premiums, e.g. souvenir, year end items for business use; Agency coordination and management

- Executive support: Assist CFO to develop and perform all investor relations & corporate communications initiatives and programs- Financial Communications: Manage all IR events such as results announcements press conference and analyst presentation, NDR, AGM etc; Content development on chairman statement and MD&A in interim and annual reports as well as other corporate collaterals including presentations, mock Q&A, press releases etc.- Investor Relations: Primary point of contact within the investment community; Participate in investor meetings, conference and annual investor events

- Write, edit and update financial news for broadcast- Host financial news programme- Explore and follow up financial feature stories

- Content development of various agency communication collaterals including agency newsletter (i.e. AXA Stars), bulletins, company's and agency intranet news portals as well as marketing materials Interview Director of Agency and Wealth Management Managers for newsletter and promotion use- Assist to implement and promote sales incentive programmes - Assist in various agency events, e.g. AAP, convention, recruitment seminar etc.

- Account management on various PR and IR initiatives- Plan and execute all IR and PR activities including media and publicity events, site visits, roadshows etc.Write and edit Chinese and English communications materials, including proposals, presentations, press releases, Q&A etc.- Maintain good relationship with existing and potential investors to promote company business and build strong relationship with client, media, external parties and key influencers
