Sole recruiter managing the full life cycle recruiting support for specific intel and related government contracts.• Exceptional ability to screen and qualify talent to meet business needs and be a connector of talent• Detailed knowledge of the Intelligence Community (IC)• Utilizes sourcing tools, events, marketing, academic partnerships, and social opportunities to stimulate candidate engagement, sourcing, and talent pipelines• Recruit technical cleared talent with various security clearance levels (secret, TS/SCI, and full scope candidates)• Provide full life cycle recruiting support across multiple divisions on funded opportunities for positions• Serving as a TA Consultant to all internal and external stakeholders and leadership.• Actively engaging in talent at all levels from all data sources to find IT professionals such as cyber security, cloud engineers, helpdesk, data scientists, developers, systems administrators, business analyst, network engineers, senior business managers, executive assistant, and administrative assistant professionals. etc.• Partner with key hiring leaders to qualify, shape, and consult on hiring strategy for current contracts• Utilized top tier sourcing tools such as Seek Out, Smash fly, LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, and Indeed Recruiter• Recruit both passive and active candidates for requisitions• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs• Maintained relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved• Attract and recruit top talent by applying advanced sourcing best practices to support the line• Utilize candidate relationship management skills to identify, qualify, and maintain a candidate pipeline• Closing of candidates for assigned requisitions• Establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with managers and the TA team• Utilize a diverse slate of sourcing tools and techniques to identify
