Experienced Owner with a demonstrated history of working in the health wellness and fitness industry. My interest is in the relationship between mind and body, and how disease and illness can be the result of past or present trauma, fear, stress, environment, negative thinking, and attitude. We grow and develop our knowledge and wisdom through experience, as we overcome challenging times along our journey here. We have all supported and encouraged someone who is struggling and has lost their way. Too often we underestimate the warmth of a touch, a friendly smile, a few kind words, a listening ear, a compliment, all of these acts of kindness have the potential to help a person turn their life around. I offer a safe environment for people to relax, reflect and be who they truly are with an opportunity to speak their truth without having to suppress feelings and emotions to protect others. By getting the inner dialogue out into the open, a person can release repressed energy, which I feel is essential for real healing to take place, and to move towards the peace and freedom we all desire in our lives.
