Responsible for trading across both Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance.

Responsible for UK revenue for XS Direct Group. This involved managing and encouraging more business from existing Brokers and identifying new Brokers that would add value to the XS Direct portfolio for both Private Car and Commercial Vehicle Insurance.Worked alongside our Director of Product Design to identify Brokers that could sell variations of the XS Direct product. Involved in M&A projects and was a key stakeholder in the acquisition of another Motor MGA business.Created a UK Direct proposition (B2C) with a Third Party Administrator that would go live via the price comparison websites initially followed by our own in-house marketing.

Head of Insurer Relations responsible for Insurer panels across all brands. Managed a team of 12 people across the UK looking after the following partnerships Kwik- Fit Insurance Services, John Lewis, Age UK, Virgin Money, Volkswagen, General Motors, Amex and Forces Financial.

Responsible for all Ageas Retail commercial relationships with external Insurer Partners, Price Comparison Websites, Ancillary products and Claims supply chain. Managed a team of up to 30 FTE at multiple sites across the UK and was a key stakeholder in running a multi million-pound P&L.

I was appointed Head of Insurer Development in June 2010 following a succcesful 9 year spell working through the ranks.I now head up a team of 15 employees who are responsible for managing relationships and developments across Kwik-Fit Insurance Services, The Green Insurance Company and Express Insurance. Across these three businesses we look after Motor, Household, Van and Bike business and manage relationships with Insurers, Software Houses and day to day Insurer requests to ensure we run an effective and slick operation.My remit is to ensure mutual profitability across all panels by developing and driving forward relations with all current and new partners. As a result, we look to offer a wide range of products and try to accomodate every risk while remaining competitive.

Responsible for all Insurer relationships for Motor, Van and Bike for Express Insurance, while developing Insurer schemes to ensure business objectives were met. Managed over 30 relationships ensuring mutual profitability for both our partners and the business. Key management information was developed alongside a number of processes and initiatives to improve new business sales, retention and profit.

Managed a team of twelve sales consultants for Inbound, Internet sales and Customer care. Delivery of KPI's including quality, cross selling and top class customer service through constant coaching and mentoring.
