Improvements in technology, product innovations, economic recovery, and government regulation have all contributed to my expertise as a relationship banker. On the flip side, my years in banking have also taught me resilience, adaptation, and flexibility and have also lent me an insight into human nature. The real bottom line is that people are the heart and soul of a business, no matter how small or large the company they represent. People remember how others made them feel. My years as a banking professional have also taught me that business interactions are never truly objective because we are all human. We want to do business with those we trust, with those who make us feel that we matter. It’s not any different in a banking relationship.Before the tax returns and financial statements existed, someone had a dream, a passion that evolved into a viable business.
