Wraparound Team

I provide in-home service provider to children ages 2 to 18. This includes play therapy and behavioral strategies provided for each child. One on one therapy, and siblings are included.I educate parents and caretakers of special-needs children and siblings.I attend IEP meetings and provide meaningful contributions about individual growth and progress. I institute DTT/IABA Programs with drills for language development, cognition and behaviors.I supervise, monitor, and coordinate interaction between abused and troubled youth clients.I trained and performed Safe Crisis Management techniques on youth clients.I review program operations and policies and make revisions, as needed.I oversee the development of written plans for program components and updates.I deliver narratives of interactions to aid in the process of report writing.I train staff in methods of play therapy and behavioral strategies for special-needs children.I collect and analyze metrics from participants using quantitative and qualitative surveys.
