• Responsible for understanding user scenarios, creating effective test cases and perform various test including Front-end Testing, Back-end Testing, Functional Testing, Smoke Testing, exploratory and Regression Testing.• planning and execution, defect reporting and fix verification using manual and automated techniques and executed according to our release schedules.• Maintaining the automation test scripts created by previous vendor and executed the scripts.• Writing and executing selenium WebDriver test scripts on different browsers. • Logging defects encountered in the application through JIRA during test cycles and conducted fix verification.• Participating in daily stand-up meetings, walkthroughs, scrum and sprint planning meetings and take an active part by providing necessary feedback.• Effectively communicating with team members, project managers and devise an efficient test strategy, timely deliver results without compromising project deadline and the quality of testing.• Performing database testing with SQL queries.• Performing tests on various backend API configurations using postman.• Involved in integrating the browser stack with automation framework.• Preparing test data and demo builds for Business user testing and monitored bugs reported by business users.

• Understanding the Business Requirement Specification.• Identifying the test scenarios according to the business flows• Converting the identified test scenarios into the test cases.• Writing the test cases in both the positive and negative scenarios.• Converting the manual test cases into automation scripts using selenium web driver and Java• Actively involved in writing & maintaining the test cases • Coordinating with test lead and development team for bug fixing.• Involved in executing test cases and bug tracking through JIRA.• Expanding testing scope from functional testing to backend testing.• To make sure to follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) right from the client communication until the QA test sign off status is informed to all the project stakeholders.• Analyse business and functional requirements before starting with testing requirements.• Interact with Dev and client to complete the testing activities.
