Supporting both Consumer and Digital Banking teams serving as business line administrator for the online deposit account opening platform and CRM. Develop and evaluate the Digital Relationship procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards are maintained.

Process Transactions for customers via video conference accurately and timely, while adhering to policies and procedures. Oversee daily operations, create and maintain departmental policy procedures. Interview and hire tellers to build a strong ITM team. Report and follow-up with any machine errors or discrepancies. Communicate effectively and efficiently with staff to ensure continual department functionality. Educate and cross train staff to maximize efficiency of the company.

Assist new users on how to use and operate the Interactive teller machines, through video sessions. Receive and verify amounts on checks and cash for customer deposits and loan payments. Examine checks for endorsement and negotiability. Duel enter all transaction both on banking system and Interactive Teller system. Provide customer service including: answering inquires and providing information to customers on various accounts, loan balances, ordering checks, and other various banking services. Assisting other ITM tellers with inquires to customer checks, transactions, or other banking needs.

Responsible for counting the money and balancing the vault to ensure compliance with company guidelines and standards. Fill orders for currency and coins for branch. Process and validate coin and currency related to commercial deposits. Process and record all cash shipments. Prepare large coin and cash orders for customers.

Provide account services to customers by identifying customers, validate and cash checks, process check and cash deposits, and loan payments. Selling cashier's checks, money orders, travelers checks, foreign currency, and savings bonds. Helping assist customers in banking needs, or being able to refer them to the correct banking personnel to better assist. Attempt to resolve issues or problems with the customers account. Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures

Provide account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; issuing savings withdrawals; recording night and mail deposits; selling cashier's checks, money orders, traveler's checks, and series e bonds; answering questions in person or on telephone; referring to other bank services.
