With 21 years of Logistics experience of specializing in customer service, I lead a team of service professionals to engage and deliver exceptional customer experienced managing lead time for our stakeholders by exceeding their expectations.I have successfully work with vendors to participate in company cost saving program by providing a Monthly 3% rebate for the operating supplies purchased. Have also successfully implemented material forecasting process for customer and managed overseas and local vendors. Working closely with IT and Finance team on upgrading and migrating to a better in-house system to increase revenue. Helping in new projects transferred for the past years with new account coming in and out of Ryder, managing inventory accuracy and do inventory reconciliation for inventory discrepancy. As a member of Ryder Recreation Communities, I am helping HR in organizing events such as Dinner & Dance, Bowling, Health Talk and others activities for our employees.
