Currently working at a call center, but would prefer a 9 - 5 position in an office as an office or administrative assistant. That is where I shine, and usually have the nick-name of "Radar" very shortly.

The title was Customer Service, but I also fulfilled the position of office assistant. I did a lot of data entry, order entry and invoicing. I created and maintained complex spreadsheets and power point presentations. I also did all the filing and assisted other departments with finding documentation out of the files. I created Bill of Ladings and other shipping documentation. I really did not want to leave this position, however, my mother in Mississippi is aging and becoming fragile.

Took accurate inventory at variety of stores.

I began working as a receptionist, and was soon promoted to customer service, and then to production line lead. I performed many of the administrative assistant jobs at this place as well. I created and maintained complex spreadsheets, did a lot of mail merge documents. Learned how to quote complex parts to manufacture. Assisted the company become ISO 9001 compliant by creating all the documentation required, assisted the company do two computer change overs, and learned "Just in time Manufacturing". I had to leave this position to move to West Virginia to care for my special needs grandson.
