Im an executive with extensive experience building, managing, growing, and improving programs. I have substantial experience in Training program planning and design, policy development, public speaking and evaluation. My background has included work in the nonprofit sector, corporate sector, government, health care, and higher education settings. My strengths include relationship-building and collaboration, program and strategic planning; staff Research and development; creative problem solving; and innovative Teaching. I’ve volunteered on boards, including serving as treasurer for a lions club, and chaired international industry specific boards. I’ve worked extensively with people who are blind and visually impaired, evaluating their navigation/mobility needs and preparing highly skilled guide dogs. In addition I’ve trained and placed diabetic alert dogs, search and rescue dogs, collaborated to place seizure alert dogs, therapy dogs, developed a world-class breeding program from the ground up and more.
