I provide exercises, games and encourage employee participation in order to ensure a clear understanding of the material being taught and, I administer final exams.I regularly communicate with management, both verbally and through written correspondence using Microsoft Outlook 2010. I attend and conduct TTT (Train The Trainer) and self-development training. I monitor system enhancements and various Government Agencies rules, regulations and policies. I create and maintain training material using FullShot 9, Microsoft Word, and GOLD (Global Learning and Development) training resources. I record training courses and apply credit in FedEx Mainframe PRISM system. I follow-up with employees and their managers with regard to their progress.I am proficient in various in-house systems and applications. Examples include; Duplex (Digitized Universal Portal for Logistics Exchange), Indy AS400 (Image retention and review system), FedEx Mainframe (IMS and PRISM applications). I maintain my personal PR/PBO using Catalyst performance system. Show less
