As the Head of Logistics Division, I directed and controlled team tasks to ensure smooth operations, negotiated and lobbied with various vendors for effective collaboration, and managed event day requirements including layout, participant flow, and coordination with vendors such as catering, lighting, and entertainment.

MUNIR is an MUN conference with aims for IRUD freshman as the form of the introduction to MUN circuit. As the head of event, we expected to be adaptive and managed several things such as, looking for the chairs and give them brief for what kind of output we want to. Became a repertoire (person who generate the MUN Coordinate web), Time keeper and make sure the whole event stick to the rundown I have made.

With the three of us including me, i manage the whole event distributed, organized, and monitored assigned job descriptions to the team, ensured all equipment needs were ready for the event day, and coordinated on-site activities by checking equipment readiness and liaising with department representatives.

Assisted in and distributed assigned tasks, managed equipment needs for the classes under my supervision and ensured all the needs were ready. Maintained coordination with involved parties for various requirements and changes.

IRUDMUN (was known as IRDUMUN) is an annual MUN event on an international scale under management of HMHI Universitas Diponegoro. Divisions under my management are external division which them were Public Relations, Media and Publication, Business and Sponsorship. As the USG of IRUDMUN made me wider my relations, enhance my lobbying, project management, problem solve skills and such. This year, IRUDMUN serves hybrid conferences within 3 councils and the offline council was held in Wimarion Hotel with 20+ delegates.

Assisted in arrange the whole concept of the event including, music preference, Table of Content for Instagram account, TOR for the speaker, and became the timekeeper on D-Day events which expected me to be more adaptive due to uncertain conditions.

Assisted the guest in a qualification able to speak English in fluent, prepared venue for some events along with organized tableware and mastering at least basic table manner since HBJ itself is an Inter-Cultural Hotel class.
