In this role, I assisted the CEO and COO on various marketing and administrative roles, such as asset designs, maintaining the CMS on the Group Website, coordinating both internal (staff) and external (customer) newsletters, social media management, Group incentive programs, Group events and so forth. I reside in Zurich, Switzerland, however this South African company continued to use my services on a contractual basis until end 2021. The company was recently bought out by a bigger Motor Group, who is now using their in-house marketing team.

Conducted monthly Dealer reviews and took necessary action to resolve any findings. Monitored continual CSI improvement to attain no. 1 position in the industry.

Project managed corporate identity upgrades of 30 dealerships around the country. Involvement in the development, maintenance and implementation of Dealership CI standards.Contribution to market representation studies through extensive market research and liaison with research companies. Screening and evaluation of potential new Dealerships/Dealer Principals. Corporate Clothing roll-out within the GMSA franchise.
