Provide a continuous guide to assist hiring managers and their interview panels to coordinate, maintain and track the recruitment process from start to finish. Aiding and providing input analysis on current job descriptions to improve overall recruitment efforts within the division. Participate in-house job fairs to provide potential candidates with knowledge on current and future recruitment needs. Created, compiled, and presented information to be used for Department of Labor investigation for the Libraries Division. Participates in quarterly Library New Hire Orientation and participated in Library Roundtables. Show less
