Warehoused customer material and production supplies -- truckloads of zinc and barrels of paint. Partnered with Sherwin-Williams to resolve supply chain issues and allocate limited paint and supplies between sites – avoided stock out. Standardized paint shops (procedures, equipment and training) at 4 facilities which saved $1M in field repairs. Paint shop NADCAP certified. Developed Agile Boards using Microsoft Teams to lead weekly meetings -- unified General Managers and division engineering staff. Prior to assumption of leadership at PacStates Galvanizing, the site reduced profitability for five previous years and was nearly at break-even for profitability. Determined root cause and implemented countermeasures to return site to highly profitable within six months. Improved labor efficiency at multiple sites by identifying constraint and developing drill slides to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
