Through my lengthy career at MedAssist I've held several positions ranging from Client Service Manager, to Client Service Director, Account Executive and Director, Strategic Accounts. At the center of all the positions is customer service. I am passionate about MedAssist delivering excellent customer service, exceeding expectations and living up to the agreements set forth in our contracts. I meet with clients regularly to discuss performance, processes, new products and changes in the industry.

Act as liaison between existing clients and operations to ensure both sides have the information and tools they need for MedAssist to fulfill contractual obligations. Aid Client Development in identifying new product lines and educating clients on their features and benefits. Assist in RFP's and contract renewals. Oversee new client implementations - establish Go Live dates and work with internal and external clients to ensure new business is started on time.

Hired, recruited and managed client service team who maintained existing clients. Worked with internal and external clients at multiple levels to ensure the company fulfilled it's contractual obligations. Identified client needs and worked closely with Client Development to contract for those additional needs.

Maintained existing client base acting as a liaison between our office and the clients. Assisted patients in applying for Medicaid and supported Operations in handling collections and insurance follow up work for hospitals.

Acted as the go between for our office and clients to ensure both parties were getting the information needed to resolve healthcare accounts. Pulled documents and information at area hospitals that operation staff needed to resolve collection and insurance follow up accounts. In addition, I interviewed patients who had no insurance to determine if they would be eligible for Medicaid coverage.
