As part of the Software Training Team, I analyze, design and develop learning solutions that enable our customers to do their jobs effectively.

For TTC Innovations, I work on a project basis for fortune 500 companies to develop corporate training. I am called upon to initiate the ADDIE model to initiate the training process. When deemed necessary, I collaborate with SMEs to create detailed design documents, storyboards and web-based trainings using Articulate Storyline eLearning software, Rise, Camtasia, and Vyond. Projects I have worked on vary from converting ILT to eLearning training or introducing a new software using a simulation approach.For a staffing company, I am working with a subject matter expert to create several modules to train new recruiters in source and qualify potential candidates, work with clients, negotiate rates, and track client/candidate communication. I work to align their training with the company goals and expectations so the onboarding process is smoother, uniform, and efficient. I have used the ADDIE methodology to develop eLearning, VILT, and ILT. job aids, facilitator guides and participant guides are part of the minimum expectations of any project within the timeframe agreed upon with the client.For another learning and development company, I worked with an Instructional Designer who created a detailed design document and passed it along to me to build out the corresponding storyboards for the client based on the original ID's vision. I worked on several storyboards outlining engaging courses on given training topics aligned to company learning objectives.
