I am a Certified Family Law Specialist through the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California. I am a member of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. I am a partner in the law firm of Feinberg & Waller. I have been admitted to practice before all the courts in the State of California and the United States Federal Court. I have extensive legal experience as a civil litigator and family law attorney. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Chapman University and my law degree from Western State University, College of Law where I served as Executive Moot Court Director.I represent individuals on complex issues involving characterization and apportionment of marital property. My clients appreciate my deep attention to detail with the expertise that comes with a degree in economics. I am also instrumental in assisting clients in high conflict custody and domestic violence restraining orders cases. While I encourage and seek settlement as resolution, I am also a highly skilled and accomplished courtroom advocate.I have been a guest speaker for Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) - Regents of the University of California for The Basics Conference regarding child and spousal support issues, The Family Law Conference - "Custody and Support Issues for Highly Mobile and International Families," and webinars such as Family Law Intensive Courses regarding property, procedure, and support issues. I have also co-authored an article with Marshall Waller, "No Small Matter: Domestic Violence, Child Custody and Family Code Section 3044," published for the Valley Lawyer magazine, a publication by the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.I represent clients in all aspects of family law litigation including domestic violence matters, custody and support issues and property division. I also have broad experience in Hague Convention cases and interstate and intrastate jurisdictional disputes.
