Establish policies, procedures, and programs for the following: recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, orientation, compensation plans, training, performance management program, disciplinary actions, safety programs.Provide necessary education and materials to line management and employees through workshops, manuals, standardized reports, etc. Provide ongoing performance management guidance to operations management. Maintain HR Employee Policies and Procedures Manual. Consult with operations management providing HR guidance when appropriate. Legal requirements and government reporting regulations related to the Human Resources function , Workers Comp, EEO, FMLA, ADA, Wage & Hour. Preparation of all information requested or required for compliance. Schedule employees . Perform benefit administration to include new hire enrollment, claims resolution, change reporting, reconcile insurance/vendor invoices for payment, communicate benefit information to employees, maintain supply of benefit package including Health Insurance. Process Bi- Weekly Payroll.
