Manage and provide client services; develop/oversee new and current program growth; overseeing program staff performance, provide nstudent internships, provide community education.

Provided therapy services to children and adults with neurological, orthopedic, mental health, and other disabilities. Worked in various settings including in-patient and out-patient intensive care, acute care and rehabilitation therapy; home care; pediatric hospital and school settings; behavioral health. Educated students through supervising internships, educated professionals through inservices and conference presentations, and educated businesses/industries on ergonomics and other topics. Worked with Wisconsin OT Association on state conference.
