CurrentEnergy utility professional for First Energy with a background in adult training development and implementation of computer system training for Fortune 200 Company. Accountable for team of Distribution Instructors that provides classroom and virtual training of 10 computer systems; including but not limited to SAP, CREWS, GIS (Geographical Information System) and PowerOn in five states, PA, OH, WV, NJ and MD with ten operating companies. Developed and maintained relationships with internal customers during merger of acquired corporation to strategically plan schedule and deliver FE computer systems training; involving 20 locations, 7 systems and over 3,000 employees. Also identified and managed project to develop gap training post ‘Go Live’ acquisition. Current projects include: support person of the five year rollout of the Work Management Initiative plan and systems upgrade of PowerOn and CREWS.Sandra has established herself throughout FE as an expert in storm support and hazard dispatching. She is actively sought after in emergency events for her expertise in dispatching, on-site training and leadership skills in leading hazard responders. Sandy was a first responder during Hurricane Sandy and Hurricane Irene.
