As an estimator for our Industrial Sales department I am not just coming up with a sale price, I'm project managing current orders and most of all building relationships. Our distributor base looks to us to have product knowledge as well as be verse in quotes we have done with them and about orders they have placed. We are helping our distributor's come up with solutions to meet their customer's needs. I am also a real estate agent part time. I love helping individuals and families locate their forever home, next business opportunity or recreation land. I may know some of the buyers or sellers I'm working with, but love meeting new people. I'm here to help make the home buying or selling experience as easy a process as possible. Helping to navigate the paper and legal business that is needed to make the transaction complete.
