- Be part of Allegis APAC OD team, work closely with the other OD counterparts in the region in building the training content, Induction framework, training schedule and etc; - Bi-monthly provide Induction trainings to the business in North Asia including Singapore, Hongkong, Japan and China;- Drive quarterly performance appraisal for China to identify competency gap and training needs;- Plan and drive people development initiatives for China business;- Assist the APAC OD team to drive internal recruitment methodology and make sure the alignment and standardization across the region;- Leading some key internal recruitment projects during the transition period.

- Responsible for internal recruitment including interview, offer, onboard, contract, HRIS management- Induction training coordination and delivery - Presentation with business managers- Campus program

- Drive for China training activities - Conduct training needs anaylysis, design and customize training materials - Plan for China training calendar, leverage both internal and external resources- Deliver training and follow post training feedbacks on timely basis- Manage and drive quarterly performance appraisal

Coordinate on global training initiatives including leadership program, coaching program and China campus program.
