Fully involve in the organizational development based on the business plan and directions from Faurecia group’s Mission and Vision. Implement and optimize HR Systems to meet the organization’s business strategy.Lead HR team for fully supporting business expansion, including but not limited to people development, new hiring, supporting and Admin management;

2011.11~ Senior HR Specialist OHP & Recruitment 1.Manages the OHP review process and optimizes the Convergence Plan according to the needs of the plant 2.Build up database of talents for the Company. 3.Keep long term relationship with the potential candidates. 4.Work with HR Manager to establish the strategic talent plan and recruitment Employee Empowerment 1.Ensure that management development tools are properly used to promote functional mobility in line with Group human resources policies and practices. 2.Work with HR Manager to manage the development competencies of employee in the plant 3.Pilot the implementation of people caring programs in the plant. 4.Coordinate, schedule, implement, track and measure all company culture building up initiatives (inside and outside). 5.Analyze and generate employees’ satisfaction report; collect employees’ requirements and make sure action plans are tracked. 2011.1~2011.11 HR Specialist Training & Development 1.Collecting training requirements in line with business in time and set up yearly training plan. 2.Assist department managers to analyze the monthly training result and take actions to improve it sessions and implemented improvement ideas etc. 3.Tracking career goals of Employees, make sure the training plan can meet the requirement Recruitment 1.Works with the HR manager to design annual recruiting plan, and involved in headcount budgeting. 2.Fulfill the plant staffing needs, facilitating internal mobility and transition or external recruitments. 3.Screen profile of applicants and conduct first round test and interview. 4.Involved in negotiating the offer and all follow up services for new employees. 5.Follow-up induction plan of new employees.
